The Brazilian chef brings to the canals of Amsterdam an experience that combines tourism, culture, and gastronomy, strengthening the exchange between Brazil and Europe.
Amsterdam, one of the most visited cities in Europe, gains a new attraction during the European summer. Brazilian chef Claudia Sobrinho, based in the Netherlands, is leading an exclusive gastronomic experience aboard historic vessels that sail through the famous canals of the Dutch capital.
The initiative is part of a special season promoted by Sailing Hollands Glorie and combines tourism, historical heritage, and haute cuisine in a proposal that has been attracting the interest of tourists from various nationalities. The experience takes place on the vessels Hydrograaf, Lelie, and Sanne Sophia, considered true floating treasures of Dutch maritime history. In addition to offering a unique experience to visitors, the project directly contributes to strengthening local tourism by expanding the cultural and gastronomic entertainment options available in Amsterdam during the high season.
The season is part of a broader movement to promote Brazilian cuisine on the global stage. In partnership with Coisa Nossa and Revista Global, the Conexão Brasil – Gastronomia Sem Fronteiras (Brazil Connection – Gastronomy Without Borders) project is being developed, an initiative that aims to expand exchange between Brazil, Europe, and Africa through actions focused on gastronomy, culture, tourism, and business.
With limited spaces available, the experience reinforces the growing demand for personalized and authentic tourist itineraries capable of providing unique experiences for visitors.
