Arte em Foco, an independent project by creator Dênisson Santana on Instagram and YouTube, continues its journey of great strides in cultural activities in Salvador. Having completed 7 years of existence on June 9th, it continues with special coverage of theater, cinema, and shows. Among the most recent events was a meeting with actor Marco Nanini after the performance of "Fim de Partida," which was at Caixa Cultural Salvador from June 27th to July 5th.
On July 17th, the page was invited by Alcance Produções to cover Geraldo Azevedo's show, with his "Oitentação" tour, at the Concha Acústica of the TCA.
Following the coverage, we had the "Mostra Pitanga" at Cine Glauber Rocha and Cine Lankiana (Fazenda Grande 4), which celebrates the legacy of Antônio Pitanga in Brazilian cinema, held by CCBB Salvador from July 31st to August 9th.
August began with Fernanda Torres, after the play "A Casa dos Budas Ditosos," an adaptation of the book by João Ubaldo Ribeiro, at the Teatro Castro Alves. Twenty days after the last performance, with a full house, extra sessions were held from July 31st to August 2nd at the recently reopened TCA.
And on August 8th, the pre-premiere of "Muito Prazer" (Nice to Meet You), the new film by renowned director Jorge Furtado, took place at the Cine Glauber Rocha, including interviews with him and actors Samantha Jones and Felipe Velozo, who are part of the cast.
