When the stage opens to the invisible that moves the world

Zarifi Space, in Vila Valqueire, was illuminated not only by spotlights, but also by people. And it all began with the vision of one woman: Aline Salvatto. Entrepreneur, producer, and director. She was the one who conceived the Women of Valor Award, transforming a concern into a movement. A space where women's voices take center stage and where the impact of their stories is no longer invisible. In total, 37 women were honored on that unforgettable evening. Among them were names like Daiane Luna, Dr. Paola Marangoni, Viviane Fernandes, and Carmen Gaiao, host of the beautiful Zarifi Space. Among these stars, two individuals shone with unique intensity: Mônica Figueira, CEO of Grupo Tok, and Márcia Gomes, events director of Tok Entrepreneurship Magazine. Both were honored with the Women of Valor Award. And it was no coincidence: Márcia Gomes was in charge of the entire event organization. The recording of the Tok de Eventos program was masterfully directed by Osmar de Oliveira. Behind the scenes, the talent of Alciane Bitencourt shone, who was in charge of the production of Aline Salvatto, Mônica Figueira, and other women honored. The visual memory of the event was created by the sensitive and precise Gabriela Dias, from the Detalhes no Olhar project.

Francis Portugal - The Music that Connects Souls

Francis Portugal is much more than a singer and composer. He is a storyteller who transforms experience into melody, memory into song. Born in Portugal, he grew up among fields and vineyards, where he learned that even the silence of the earth carries rhythm. From an early age, he developed the sensitivity of someone who listens to the world with their heart. Despite following medicine as his life mission, it was in music that he discovered his deepest passion. Between consultations and stages, he understood that healing is also about singing — and that the voice can reach places where words cannot. During the time he lived in Brazil, especially in the backlands of Ceará, Francis reconnected with nature, simplicity and the strength of genuine emotions. Inspired by the singing of birds, by longing and reunions, music began to beat even stronger in his soul. Even in the face of challenges and ingratitude, Francis remained true to his essence. His music is a link between the man and the artist he chose to be: a fusion of Portuguese roots with the Brazilian soul. His sound is unique, sensitive and full of identity. Today, Francis Portugal sings what he feels - with truth. His compositions are bridges that bridge distances, touch hearts and transform paths. More than notes and chords, he delivers emotion.
