The Balaio Verde Campaign is promoting a Parade for the preservation of clean beaches and unity of people, at the Festa de Iemanjá, bringing many artistic performances and socio-environmental causes.
The action, which is coordinated by cultural producer Luzia Moraes, aims to guide society towards maintaining marine balance, seeking to reduce the environmental impact of the traditional gift of Iemanjá.
The action comes for the second consecutive year in partnership with the plastic artist and environmentalist André Fernandes and his project "Movimento Onda de Plástico”, which promotes awareness and awareness about the cleaning and preservation of beaches. André will take a sculpture of Iemanjá made from waste plastics taken from the sea to parade.
The Parade is also in support of the promotion of the “Carnaval Sem Fome” campaign, organized by the NGO Ação da Cidadania, which has Raimundo Bandeira as coordinator and aims to combat social inequalities and encourages awareness regarding hunger and poverty.
Mountain Bear will be leading the "Shamanic Wing", known as "Medicine Music", of vibrational elevation.
The gathering will be in front of Espaço Jubiabar, on Rua da Paciência, in Rio Vermelho, at 9pm.
