Faithfully following these standards, Lutty works with an oven that fully meets the technical requirements of the AVPN, reaching high temperatures and guaranteeing ideal cooking in a few seconds — an essential factor to ensure texture, lightness and extreme quality to the final product. According to the protected tradition, there are only two official flavors: • Pizza Margherita: tomato (San Marzano or Pomodorino Vesuviano), buffalo mozzarella or fior di latte, fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil. • Pizza Marinara: tomato, garlic, basil, oregano, and extra virgin olive oil — no cheese added.
